There are many types of molds, which can be roughly divided into ten categories. According to the different requirements of parts data, physical and chemical functions, mechanical strength, dimensional accuracy, surface finish, service life, economy, etc., different types of mold forming are selected.

In the selection of cooperative manufacturers must understand its processing capacity, not only look at the hardware equipment, but also combined with the management level, processing experience and skills.

For the same set of molds, there is sometimes a big gap between the quotations of different manufacturers. You should not pay more than the cost of the mold together, nor should you pay less than the cost of the mold. Mold manufacturers like you, to make a reasonable profit in the transaction. Ordering a set of molds with a much lower quotation would be the beginning of the trouble. Users must start from their own requirements, comprehensive measurement.

3. prevent multi-head collaboration, as far as possible plastic mold production and product processing one-stop.

1, with a qualified mold (test piece qualified), may not be able to produce a batch of qualified products. This is mainly related to the selection of machine tools, forming process (forming temperature, forming time, etc.) and the nature of the operator's skills.

2, with a good mold, but also a good forming process, it is best to one-stop cooperation, as far as possible to prevent multi-head cooperation. If the conditions are not met, one party must be selected to take the overall position, and it must be clearly written together.
